SPRING HOPE..... Thelma Edwards Phillips passed away Sunday, September 2, 2018. Funeral Services will be held at Free Union FWB Church on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow the service in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends in the church following the internment. Flowers are welcomed or memorial contributions may be made to Free Union FWB Church building fund.
