She was born in Johnston County to the late James P. and Lillie Cockrell Boykin.A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, May 24, 2014 at 12:00 noon with Rev. Kevin Moore officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service at 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church, Spring Hope.Mrs. Woodard leaves to cherish her memory: husband Joe Woodard of the home; two sons, Paul Woodard and wife Natalie of Danville, Calif. and Richard
