He was preceded in death by his parents, Alan James Witcher and Leena Coats Witcher; a son, Reginald L. Witcher, three sisters, Mildred Witcher, Delores Barcroft, Excie Potts, three brothers, Alan, Richard and William Witcher Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Bunn Town Cemetery. He is survived by his daughters, Donna England and husband, Michael, of West Virginia, Connie Mulgrew and husband, Dennis, of Stafford, VA.;sons, John C. Witcher, Jr. and wife, Diann of Virginia Beach, VA, John Taylor Witcher and wife, Ashley, of Bunn; brother, Franklin D. Witcher of Norfolk, VA; eleven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
