Gladys Walker MedlinSpring Hope..Gladys Marie Walker Medlin, 76, went to be with her Lord and Savior,Monday, July 20, 2015.Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 23, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Spring Hope Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Tim Hopkins will conduct the service. Burial will follow in Spring Hope Memorial Gardens.Mrs. Medlin was preceded in death by her husband, Vannie Medlin and sisters and brothers.She leaves to cherish her memory: two daughters, Sandra Baines of the home and Vicky Drewery (Phil) of Dudley; three sons, Mike Medlin (Shirley) of Spring Hope, Bobby Joe Medlin (Debbie) of Myrtle Beach, SC and James Medlin (Melanie) of Spring Hope. She is also survived by a sister, Martha Jane Edwards of Spring Hope and a brother, Billy Walker of Virginia and fourteen grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.The family will receive friends Wednesday, 6-8pm at the funeral home and other times at the home.
