Castalia..............Clarence Dickens, Jr. passed away Friday, March 31, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence, Sr. and Gladys S. Dickens; sisters, Ruby King, Marietta Pridgen, Sally King; infant sister, Clarie Louise Dickens. Funeral services will be conducted at Spring Hope Funeral Home Chapel Sunday, April 2, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Stan Brown. Interment will follow in Spring Hope Memorial Gardens. He is survived by sister, Patricia Evans of Chesapeake, VA, Katie Catlett of Castalia and Ida Pridgen of Castalia. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday evening from 6:00 until 7:30 p.m. Flowers are welcome or memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
