Spring Hope..........Catherine T. Pierce, 95, passed away Saturday, March 11, 2017. Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 15, 2017, 1:00 pm at Spring Hope Funeral Home with interment following at Pine View Cemetery, Rocky Mount. Rev. Sean Lee will be officiating. Mrs. Pierce leaves to cherish her memory three daughters; Dolly Ruth Rooks of Butner, Rebecca Sue Griffin of Texas and Teresa Rose Lee of Seminole, Texas; a son, Wayne Pierce of Nashville; two step brothers, Dallas Taylor of Bailey and Russell Taylor of Wilson. She also leaves eleven grandchildren and twenty-six great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Spring Hope Funeral Home, Tuesday evening March 14th 6:30 - 8:30 pm and other times at her home.
