Spring Hope. Annie Ruth Murray, age 83, passed away peacefully Wednesday, February 12,2014, surrounded by her caring and loving family.A service will be held Sunday at 2:00 by Rev. Jim Dickerson at Gold Valley Church of God of Prophecy. Interment will follow in Bailey Town Cemetery.She was preceded in death by her parents, Hassell and Mamie Cone and her husband, Nealie Murray.She leaves to cherish her memory, daughters, Jo Anne Bradley of Rocky Mount; Judy Denton and husband, Rex, of Spring Hope; Janet Bone and husband, Tommy of Kenly; sons, Ronnie Murray and special friend, Lilly of Castalia; Bennie Murray and wife, Janice of Spring Hope; sisters, Mozelle Vaughan of Rocky Mount; Ruby Stallings of Lucama; grandchildren, Cindy Hereford, Jonathan and Kevin Murray, Melissa and Allen Denton, Jason Bone, Amanda, Sarah and Jessica Murray, great grandchildren, Damion Hereford, Whitley Brantley and Emma Grace Denton.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Gold Valley Church of God of Prophecy, 1740 S. NC 231, Middlesex, NC 27557.The family will receive friend Saturday Evening from 6:00 until 8:30 at Spring Hope Funeral Home and other times at the home.Spring Hope Funeral Home is serving the Murray family.
